Founding YogaKiddy: A Passion for Yoga and Children

As the founder of YogaKiddy, I’ve been a certified yoga teacher for over 15 years. In 2016, I teamed up with my sister-in-law, Julie, a certified seasoned yoga teacher for adults and kids, owner of Santosha Yoga Center in Brussels, to create Yogakiddy.

Leading the Way: YogaKiddy's International Reach

YogaKiddy has since become an international leader in providing yoga for kids. We have trained more than 1500 yoga enthusiasts through our in-person International Kids Yoga Training Programs around the world: Belgium, France, Spain, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, and Mexico. Additionally, more than 10,000 people have taken our online course.

Engaging Children in Yoga: Tools and Resources

We also offer a variety of yoga-related games, cards, and other teaching materials to help engage children in yoga. I also continue to teach yoga to kids on a weekly basis.

Our vision is to inspire, empower, and uplift children and families around the world through the practice of yoga.
